Mariana Laura Glancszpigel, Actuary

CEO and Executive Director

CEO and Executive Director at 3eff, holding this position since the company’s establishment in November 2004.

She has worked as a Chairman at the ISPOR (INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF PHARMACOECONOMICS AND OUTCOMES RESEARCH) in the Argentina Regional Chapter since March 2012 to February 2018 and at present, she is a Board Member.

She has a vast professional background of more than 25 years in matters related to clinical research and health economics. She has a wide experience in different specialties such as monitoring, regulatory affairs, data management, statistics, medical writing and health economics as well as in staff and projects’ management in order to reach the desired goals.

She obtained her Economy Actuary degree from the School of Economics at the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) and she is a Magister candidate of the Clinical Effectiveness Program at the School of Medicine at the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA).

Executive Director

Executive Director at 3eff. He is holding this position since June 2010.

He is responsible for the technological development and processes departments at 3eff since year 2005.

He has more than 15 years of experience in the health research field. He has a wide expertise in different arenas such as data management, applications development, statistical programming, and projects’ management to achieve the desired goals.
